Lower part of the QS 400 filter vessel

The lower part of the QS 400 filter vessel is a shaped moulded component made of fibreglass or a durable composite, which forms the lower part of the pressure filter vessel of the QS series with a diameter of 400 mm.

In the event of cracking, a fault of the drain opening or other mechanical damage to the lower part of the vessel, replacing this part makes it possible to save the entire filtration system without the need for its complete replacement.

The original part meets the operating pressure requirements of the QS 400 filter vessel and is precisely shaped for a flawless connection to the upper part of the vessel and the internal distribution system. Correct installation requires the replacement of the seal and compliance with the manufacturer’s installation procedure.
