Shipping across the EU
We ship to every EU country via the Zásilkovna network (in Austria and Luxembourg directly via DPD). The exact cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and order weight.
Oversized and heavy items
Complete hot tubs, pools and other items over 15 kg exceed standard parcel network limits and require pallet/freight shipping. For such items, checkout will show a “shipping on request” line – after you place the order, we will contact you with the exact shipping cost for your address.
