1. Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to purchases made at poolspashop.eu, operated by IDOL SPAS s.r.o., Company ID: 04313348, registered office: Čs. armády 659, 254 01 Jílové u Prahy, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 245761.
2. Orders and Purchase Contract
All orders placed through the e-shop are binding. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms. The purchase contract is concluded upon order confirmation by the seller.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices in the English version are shown in EUR including VAT. Payment can be made by credit/debit card online, bank transfer, or cash on delivery. Goods remain the property of the seller until full payment.
4. Delivery
Goods are dispatched according to the availability shown on the product page. Shipping methods and costs are available in the Shipping and Payment section.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. Goods must be returned undamaged and complete.
6. Warranty and Claims
A statutory warranty of 24 months applies to goods for consumers. The claims procedure is described in the Returns Policy.
