Flow Flap Plug for Elecro G2 Exchanger (Position 20)

The flow flap plug is a structural part of the Elecro G2 heat exchanger corresponding to position 20 in the exploded diagram. It closes the service or access opening of the flap flow sensor in the exchanger body.

A damaged or missing plug causes water to leak from the exchanger body and can lead to a malfunction of the device’s flow protection. The original design guarantees a watertight closure of the opening at the operating pressure.

Replacing the plug is a simple service operation that can be carried out even without professional help. During installation, we recommend checking the condition of the sealing ring under the plug (position 21) to achieve a reliable seal.
