The PVC-U Y-piece 45° d10 PN16 allows smooth oblique division of a thin pipe run into two branches. The 45° angle ensures significantly lower pressure losses than a right-angle tee branch, which is advantageous in systems with low-pressure pumps.
The PN16 pressure rating guarantees safe operation even in branches with a pressure of up to 16 bar at 20 °C. PVC-U material withstands chlorinated water, disinfection products and other pool chemicals.
The fitting is used in the auxiliary circuits of pool technology, chemical dosing automation or the distribution of small hot tubs. Solvent-cement installation is quick and reliable; after curing, the joint forms a single unit with the pipe.
