The PVC-U union with a glued socket of 25 mm diameter and a 3/4″ BSP female thread allows the transition from a plastic piping system to standard threaded fittings or measuring instruments. It is a detachable union in the PN16 class.
The d25/3/4″ dimension is the most widespread dimension in pool installations for connecting small pumps, solenoid valves or flow meters. The female thread exactly corresponds to the BSP standard for secure sealing with Teflon tape or paste.
The smooth internal cross-section minimizes pressure losses in the distribution system and supports energy-efficient water circulation. The union requires no special tools during installation – hand-tightening of the central ring is sufficient.
