Australian filter zeolite ZeoPure is a natural crystalline aluminosilicate with a unique micropore structure that gives it significantly better filtration properties than conventional silica sand. The grain size of 0.5–1.2 mm ensures an optimal flow of water through the filter while maintaining high filtration efficiency.
Thanks to a clinoptilolite content of at least 84% and a porosity of 32%, the zeolite captures not only mechanical impurities but also ammoniacal compounds and organic substances responsible for increased chlorine consumption. The result is cleaner water with lower pool chemistry costs.
One 15 kg pack of zeolite replaces 20 kg of filter sand, and the filtration capacity can be regenerated with a salt solution. Before commissioning for the first time, the media must be thoroughly rinsed with the valve in the backwash position.
