Transition Coupling Nipple d16–3/8 PN16 PVC

The Transition Coupling Nipple d16–3/8 PN16 made of PVC-U serves to transition from a bonded d16 plastic installation to a 3/8″ threaded joint. It is intended for pressure systems up to PN16 where plastic pipe needs to be connected with fittings, sensors or devices fitted with a 3/8″ male thread.

The PVC-U material ensures long-term resistance to the chemical substances used in pool and hot tub technology. The d16 solvent-weld socket allows a firm and watertight joint; the threaded part is dimensioned for standard sealing materials (PTFE tape, silicone thread).

The fitting is suitable for connecting pressure, flow or temperature sensors, injection fittings of dosing stations and other instruments with a 3/8″ thread to a PVC pipe network.
